How did you start out in modelling?

I was working in PR but only part time so needed another income. Modelling seemed like a fun way to earn a bit of extra money, but I soon fell in love with the modelling and now do this full time.

If you could invite any 3 people to a dinner party who would it be?

Goldie Hawn – she is beautiful, honest and I really love her way of thinking.

Mo Farah- the ultimate Olympian and such an inspiration to push for what you love and make your family and country proud.

Jennifer Aniston – such a talent with an amazing career.

Which track do you currently have set on repeat?

Ed Sheeran – Shape of you.

Favourite city you have travelled to for work?


What are your secrets to staying fit and healthy?

Balance. I arrange my workouts from yoga to cardio to give my body everything it needs and not allowing my mind to get bored. The same goes for diet, everything in moderation.

Describe your style in 3 words?

Relaxed, warm & comfy.

Name a guilty pleasure you cant live without?

Peanut Butter!

What’s your ‘go to’ workout routine?

Sun salutations are my go to routines, as you begin to focus the mind by taking your body through the series of movements which tone, stretch and stabilise.

One of the most unusual shoots that you’ve done?

Having a fake bump to do a pregnancy shoot was an eye opener!

What’s the most useful advice you’ve received?

Don’t fight a problem, solve it.
