I like to keep my training interesting; repeating the same stuff week in, week out becomes monotonous. If you havenâ€™t already, get yourself some boxing gloves and a skipping rope and add some circuits to your routine. Try new things and constantly learn about new methods… itâ€™s the best way to keep motivated and achieve the best results.Â
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the most effective way to strip down your body fat level. Aim to do this 3 times a week. Use the ratio Â of 15 seconds (on) : 15 seconds (off) when doing cardio until you can do no more and your progress will amaze you.
Supersets and Dropsets allow for an efficient and well rounded workout, covering all parts of the muscle group you are training. Dropsets are a great way to exhaust the muscle for increased growth.
Finally, Carb Cycling. Low carb days on days in which you rest or donâ€™t train as much are a fantastic way to lose bodyfat. Carbs, as we allÂ know,Â are too good so donâ€™t cut them all out, on these days just have protein, low carb salads and plenty of healthy fats.
