How did you start out in modelling?
So I started out in modelling by being recommended to you guys by a a fellow personal trainer. He referred me to you guys and from there on it’s been a perfect relationship working with W.
If you could invite any 3 people to a dinner party who would it be?
I’d would invite Anthony Kiedis the lead singer from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers because he is my favourite man on the planet and I bet he’s full of stories. Will Smith would also have to be there as I’m also a big fan of him and I like his vibes. Lastly, it would be Valentino Rossi the Italian motorbike racer as he is my rising hero. The man is a motorsport legend!
Which track do you currently have set on repeat?
I’m loving Walking with Elephants at the moment by Ten Walls.
Favourite city you have travelled to for work?
I traveled to Barcelona for work once. I met Freddie Abrahams on the job, so it stands out a lot, as we are now good chums!
What are your secrets to staying fit and healthy?
My secrets to being healthy is having a good balance of work and play…. I also drink a lot of water and see fitness as play time not exercise!
Describe your style in 3 words?
Skatey, casual and cool.
Name a guilty pleasure you cant live without?
I can’t live with out biscuits. Love a choccy digestive.
What’s your ‘go to’ workout routine?
My go to work out routine will involve kettle bells, a skipping rope and a yoga mat. Also including lots of body weight moves.
One of the most unusual shoots that you’ve done?
I have done some odd jobs but I think the one to stand out for me was for Ribena. I always remember that day, sticking my head through a set made of about 200 guavas and oranges and pulling ridiculous facial expressions.
What’s the most useful advice you’ve received?
The best advice I have had is the phrase ‘Worse things happen at sea’. It keeps my head above water and stops me from becoming ungrateful.
